Yes Chipotle and Qdoba were founded in Denver but we say skip On the Border and find the local Mexican restaurants in Aurora strip malls. There is El Lucerito on South Peoria, El Patron or Lupita’s on 6th Avenue, El Trapiche on Colfax as is Tacos Y Salsas. Or go to 4G’s on Havana, Guadalajara on Abilene, Antonio’s Mexican Grill or Las Hadas on Hampden Avenue. Out in east is El Parral Mexican on 830 S Buckley.
